The UCE show is tentatively scheduled for 17th September. Will you be able to exhibit your work on this date? This show will be held on-campus at Gosta Green.
If we arrange an off-site show, towards the end of September/early October, would you also want to contribute to this show? The proposed site for this show is absolutely spectacular and you would be a fool not to want to participate, but of course we understand that the late dates might not suit everyone. We also have the option of finding a new location and chosing a date closer to the end of the course that would suit the majority better.
We can not move forward with securing a location (especially the spectacular location!) until we get feedback from everyone. Please response soon with your plans for life at the end of the course.

For clarification, the intentions of the off-site show is to attract a more public audience. the uce show will be, as is my understanding, a more private show and usually attracts little more than UCE faculty, friends, BA, and family. Thats just what I have been told. An off site show could be seen by the wide public, attract media attention, industry (jobs!) attention, and look very look on your CV. Its an opportunity to display your work in a more professional and public way. Very good practice.
